The wait ended on November 8: "Cheat Death" was officially released. The band returns with ten explosive songs, in which well-known metal riffs are mixed with raw punk energy and a dose of alternative rock experimentation. The first two singles, "Overthrown" and the title track "Cheat Death", already give a taste of what we can expect from their fifth album. The production and mixing is the work of the legendary sound engineer Matt Bayles (Pearl Jam, Mastodon, Soundgarden), who was already behind the mixing desk during the creation of the 2020 "Youth of Dissent" album. All thanks to a band that began their career in the late 2000s and has been working non-stop ever since, with endless tours and iconic albums like “Super Van Vacation” (2011), “Vultures” (2014) and “Repeated Exposure To …” (2016). 1000mods has always been on a high note, quickly crossing the borders of the Greek market, constantly on the rise and gaining loyal fans all over the world.
